Communication is an important part of the event rental process. We feel some of that can be lost in an E-Mail. So...Let's talk, in person or by phone. Tell us your ideas, dreams and "must haves" so we can assist you with suggestions and options to ensure the items are what you want and are within your budget.
Perhaps before you have that important event you want to put in a patio. Don't go out and buy expensive equipment you will have to store and maintain. Call us and describe your project so we can give you suggestions and options for the equipment needed to rent.
Reservations are accepted by phone or in person. They can be confirmed by E-mail or fax.
Vary with items and time of the year. Some items require a credit card guarentee. Please remember when you reserve an item we have taken it out of inventory and hold it exclusively for you.
Important: When you reserve an item we expect you to show up.
If you do not use an item you have deprived someone else the chance to use it and we have lost our income. We strive to operate in a manner that is mutually fair and reasonable for the customer and us.
- Renting: All charges are for time out-used or not.
Weekend Party/Wedding Policy: The 24 hour rate includes 7:30am Fri. thru 5:30pm Mon.
- Loss or Damage: Responsibility for equipment remains with the Lessor(you) from the time of delivery to the time of return.
Please be sure equipment is secured from theft and protected from the weather. We charge for missing, broken, burned or damaged items.
- Delivery and Pick up:
This service is available at an additional charge. We will give you a quote after we know the destination and labor involved. Delivery personnel are instructed to stack all items in a mutually convienient place. At time of pick up all equipment should be repacked in containers provided, tables and chairs stacked as received and everything placed in the same delivery area.
- Set Up and Take Down:
This service is offered at an additional charge and is determined by the labor involved.
Linens come to you cleaned and pressed, put on hangers and covered with plastic bags. Please shake out food and confetti and be sure they are dry before placing in bags. Mildew will damage linens as well as candle wax, burns and some stains.
- Food items:
Food items are cleaned, sanitized and packaged for your protection. When returned they must be free of food and repacked in their containers. Glassware should be rinsed and placed in their racks open side down. We will charge a cleaning fee if we have to remove food from rental items.
Prices are subject to change without notice. Once a rental agreement is secured the rates quoted for that event will be honored should an increase take place.
